Kiabeth Cook

Hello and welcome to Yoga on the Green! I am so happy that you’re here! A little about my path to discovering Yoga, Pilates and Barre: I had the fortune of finding Yoga and Pilates during my undergraduate time at UCSC. I used to be pretty nervous about going to the gym, but found a joy for movement through Yoga, Pilates and Barre. I obtained my first teaching certification through Xtend Barre in Boca Raton, Florida and taught Barre classes at a Pilates studio in Aptos. I then obtained my 200 hour Yoga certification through OM Studios in Monterey and Carmel. Followed by Restorative Yoga and Power Yoga trainings through Yoga Source Los Gatos and Mat and Reformer Pilates trainings through Balanced Body in Santa Cruz and San Francisco.

In June of 2019, I opened a Yoga, Pilates and Barre studio in Downtown Santa Cruz. I had the pleasure of working with over 2,000 clients to help establish better posture, total body strength, flexibility and a true commitment to and enjoyment of movement. As the founder of YOTG and a realtor at Bailey Properties in Aptos, I am so excited to connect with members of my community and get in touch with new and familiar faces!
